• Specialized event logistics or long-distance travel may incur additional service fees.

Subscriptions Recurring Services

• Some services may be billed on a recurring basis. These auto-renew unless canceled.

• Cancellations can be managed via your account dashboard or by contacting support.

• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods unless required by law.

Refunds Cancellations

• Eligible Cases: Full or partial refunds may be issued for services not rendered as described or equipment malfunctions (proof required).

• Event Cancellations: Specific cancellation windows apply to event bookings. Please refer to your individual service contract for deposit forfeit rules.

• Non-refundable: Completed events and subscription fees already processed are generally non-refundable.

• Prices, packages, and equipment availability are subject to change without notice.

• While we strive for accuracy, we are not liable for typographical errors, delays in site updates, or technical inaccuracies.
